She has extensive experience in internal controls reviews and Sarbanes-Oxley/J-SOX.

Audit Consultant / Financial Consultant Jim came to Kaiser Consulting after working for Ross Products for over five years.  He held the position of Finance Manager, where he was responsible for establishing formal policies and procedures for an effective system of internal controls. In this role he also prepared financial statements, plans, forecasts and updates to management.   Jim also held the position of Financial Analyst while at Ross Products. Jim is a graduate of Ohio University with a BS in Accounting and Business Pre-Law and is a CPA in the State of Ohio.
