Michelle Lindsey, NP, has been an accounting consultant with Kaiser Consulting since 2019. She has comprehensive knowledge of the day-to-day workings of an accounting department and is comfortable providing services to different size clients across various industries. Michelle primarily serves our outsourced accounting clients, including many nonprofit and philanthropic organizations and small-to-mid-sized businesses.
A highly skilled and versatile professional, Michelle has a wide range of accounting and bookkeeping experience based upon 30+ years of serving for-profit companies and nonprofit organizations. She is a focused problem solver who is goal-oriented, conscientious, and attentive to the unique needs of her clients. In her new role as director of client service, Michelle will use her resourceful initiative, collaborative nature, and solutions-oriented approach to develop new and maintain existing client relationships as she leads client projects to successful completion.
Michelle earned her Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Business Administration from Franklin University. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and The Ohio Society of CPAs. Additionally, Michelle serves as a board member for the Friends of Southwest Public Libraries and is a member of our firm's outsourced accounting training committee.
Megan Staley, CPA, MAcc, joined Kaiser Consulting in 2017 as an accounting consultant. An accomplished certified public accountant with a master's degree and 15+ years of accounting, risk management, and compliance experience, she has been instrumental in developing our firm's business relationships while providing a full range of services to our large enterprise clients, including Fortune 50, Fortune 500, and publicly held companies.
In her new role as director of client service, Megan will utilize her networking skills, in-depth knowledge, and business acumen to cultivate new and support existing client relationships while overseeing the successful implementation of client projects. With Big-4 public accounting and Fortune 500 internal audit and financial analyst experience, she capably identifies opportunities to provide our clients with strategic solutions and help their organizations overcome challenges. Given her strong problem-solving, project management, and relationship-building skills, Megan is a well-qualified financial leader who successfully assists her clients in achieving their business goals.
Megan earned both her Bachelor of Science in Accountancy and Master of Accountancy from Miami University. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and The Ohio Society of Certified Public Accountants. Megan is also a member of our firm's social committee.
