On May 1, 2024, the Class of 2024 graduated from the Leadership Westerville Community Leadership Program ("Leadership Program"). We are thrilled to announce the outstanding achievement of Tiffany McGinnis, CPA, MPA, director of client service at Kaiser Consulting, who completed this rigorous Leadership Program as a member of this year's Class. Her dedication to being a lifelong learner inspires us all.
Leadership Westerville is committed to building a stronger sense of community to advance the greater Westerville (Ohio) area by developing and enhancing leadership qualities in current and emerging leaders. The Leadership Program is a dynamic nine-month program focused on developing well-informed, empowered community leaders through civic engagement, stewardship and collaboration.
The Leadership Program's curriculum implements a hybrid approach to community leadership development. It helps participants become more self-aware of their leadership skills and provides them with the tools and connections needed to grow as community leaders.
Participants attend personal development workshops, including strengths coaching, servant leadership, effective communication and more. They also engage in workshops to become better connected with the nonprofit community, experience firsthand how the City of Westerville functions and engage in conversations to identify community needs.
We wish all the best to the Class of 2024 graduates as they embark on becoming involved citizens who work together to advance the Westerville area community and beyond!
