About Brenda

Bringing 20+ years of talent acquisition, organizational training, and human resources experience, Brenda is a seasoned professional who actively recruits high-quality professionals to serve our clients’ evolving accounting, bookkeeping, and information technology compliance and data security needs. Working closely with Kaiser Consulting’s director of recruiting, she contributes her expertise to key aspects of our firm’s recruitment life cycle. 

With an intentional focus on presenting a diverse candidate slate for all roles, Brenda excels at defining the experience, knowledge, and skills needed by candidates to succeed as a Kaiser consultant, attracting top talent through networking, referrals and marketplace sources, screening potential employees to ensure they exemplify Kaiser Consulting’s core values, coordinating the administrative aspects of the interviewing process, and acquainting prospective candidates with our hiring team. She strives to make the hiring experience go smoothly for external job seekers and internal leadership members by identifying the best professionals with the right skill sets and cultural fit who want to contribute to positive exchanges with their Kaiser co-workers and our clients. 

Before joining Kaiser Consulting, Brenda held various human resources consulting, manager, and director-level positions with a Fortune 500 global biotechnology company, a corporate training organization specializing in the biotechnology and pharmaceutical industries, an established publishing company, and a nonprofit employer association. In these roles, she capably met each organization's unique human resources needs and, in some cases, those of the organization’s clients by designing and administering culture-shaping human resources and training programs for national and international personnel – facilitating employee career growth and retention and helping grow business performance. 

In addition to her proven track record of developing and leading effective recruitment strategies, Brenda is skilled in best-practice human resources policies and procedures, onboarding, total rewards programs, employee relations, performance management, and executive coaching. She is passionate about mentoring and developing tomorrow’s leaders and is an adept program facilitator. With her approachability and expertise, Brenda provides ongoing value to our firm’s culture of excellence.

serve as board president of Urban Encounter Ministries in Columbus, Ohio. The organization is a Christian evangelization ministry serving the local Hilltop communities.

I have lived in New York, Vermont, Connecticut, California, Colorado, Washington State, Puerto Rico, and England.
