On a Lighter Note

What do you enjoy doing in your spare time?
I enjoy skiing, hiking, and spending time in the mountains with my husband and four kids.  We lived in Colorado for almost 20 years, so we try and get back there whenever we can.

Is there a favorite dish you make that people rave over?
I love to cook with my Mom and my kids.  We have a lot of fun in the kitchen.  I make a pretty good lasagna, and my Dad loves my enchiladas.
Where is an interesting place you have visited or an incredible view you have seen?
I can narrow it down to my top three places. Hawaii is spectacular, Vancouver, British Columbia is amazing, but Steamboat Springs, Colorado is one of my favorite places on earth.  I love the Rocky Mountains.
