On a Lighter Note

Have you ever participated in a physically or mentally challenging activity?
Yes, I’ve completed four Ironman triathlons and over 20 half Ironman triathlons.

What was your first car?
My first car was a Ford Pinto. I installed a nice cassette player, big speakers, and Cragar mags. In the end, the stereo and wheels were worth more than the car itself.

Is there a cause you care about and support?
I’m very active in promoting heart disease awareness and healthy heart information. Heart disease is the #1 cause of death in the United States, but many people still have misconceptions about what causes heart disease. My hope is the increased attention and education will help prevent cardiovascular disease.
