Cynthia is a CPA who has been in the accounting and finance profession for more than 20 years. She has experience working in multibillion-dollar corporations with a global reach, along with mid-size businesses with regional operations. Her extensive background includes responsibilities over a broad range of accounting and finance activities, including general accounting functions, systems implementation, acquisitions and integration, regulatory financial reporting, and SOX compliance.

Cynthia’s expertise in accounting includes period-end closing duties, consolidations, management and external reporting, budgets, and account reconciliations. Throughout her career, she has successfully led various accounting teams in areas such as payroll, capital budget, Sarbanes-Oxley compliance, accounts payable, and accounts receivable/collection processes.
