On a Lighter Note

What do you enjoy doing in your spare time?
I enjoy teaching fitness classes and encouraging women to live their best lives. I have taught Zumba for ten years, and I also teach circuit, weight, and HIIT classes. Additionally, I am a personal trainer that enjoys helping clients improve their overall health. We are a fitness family, and we do a lot of fun activities together as a family, too. Somehow one of the women convinced me to do the Warrior Dash, and over 20 other women of all ages and fitness levels joined in the fun!

Do you have any pets? What is your favorite animal?
I am afraid of dogs, and yet we have a 110-pound long hair black German Shepard named Gideon!

Is there a favorite dish you make that is always requested?
I love to bake, and the SOFT biscotti recipe that I have is always a crowd pleaser – I can’t keep my kids out of my cookies! I also make homemade gnocchi. It is an Italian tradition, and I grew up watching my mother make them.
