About Jenna

Jenna is an accomplished CPA with 15+ years of public accounting, private industry, and Fortune 100 experience in corporate accounting, GAAP and SEC reporting, Sarbanes-Oxley compliance, and auditing. She is highly skilled in project management with proven leadership, organization, and communication skills.

Beginning her career as an auditor at Big Four firm Deloitte & Touche (now Deloitte), Jenna coordinated audit and review engagements, from planning to fieldwork and reporting, for public and private companies in various industries. Subsequently, while a manager of SEC reporting, she played an integral role in a software entity’s initial public offering process. Additionally, Jenna held positions at a publicly held global healthcare company, where she served various business units and advanced from manager of SEC reporting to director of pharmaceutical accounting and, ultimately, to director of SEC reporting and corporate accounting.

Jenna capably manages large teams of accounting professionals to maintain an effective close process and ensure timely and accurate reporting and regulatory compliance, including financial consolidations, balance sheet reconciliation reviews, and SOX compliance. She can participate in and oversee the preparation of financial results for SEC filings, including footnote disclosures, management’s discussion and analysis, business trend analyses, and XBRL tagging.

Additionally, Jenna can competently monitor, research, evaluate, implement and report on new accounting standards and technical accounting issues. She is proficient in acquisitions and divestitures, segment reporting, lease accounting, revenue recognition, goodwill, share-based compensation, earnings per share, and investments.
