About Lisa
A highly respected CPA professional with over 25 years of accounting experience, Lisa began her career as an auditor with KPMG, followed by various roles in the private sector, including senior analyst and controller. She was also an Instructor of Accountancy at Miami University. Her diverse background gives Lisa a unique perspective on business problems, and clients appreciate Lisa's ability to apply her broad range of experience to quickly and efficiently understand their needs and offer practical business solutions.
Joining Kaiser Consulting in 2017 as an accounting consultant in the Greater Cincinnati region, Lisa was promoted to director of client service in 2022. As director of client service, Lisa builds new and supports existing client relationships while overseeing the successful implementation of client projects. She has been instrumental in developing on-site and remote business relationships while servicing multiple small-to-large-sized clients, including Fortune 100 and Fortune 500 companies.
Lisa's expansive accounting knowledge ranges from the accounts payable and receivable functions to payroll processing and employee benefits administration. She is exceptionally proficient in the month-end close process and financial reporting, cost accounting, inventory management, budgeting, and cash flow analysis. In addition, Lisa utilizes her in-depth understanding of accounting processes to effectively assess internal controls, as well as identify and implement process improvements.
Having been on both sides of the audit process, Lisa's expertise in audit has proven to be invaluable to clients who need support throughout a financial statement audit or require assistance in becoming ready for their first audit. She is capable of all facets of compliance audits, from control design and documentation to testing, remediation, and reporting on results.
Lisa has a successful track record of leadership, integrity, and problem-solving. She has excellent communication skills and enjoys team building, training and mentoring, and collaborating with others to ensure all parties work together to meet project goals.

On a Lighter Note
What is something interesting we wouldn’t learn about you from your resume alone?
I am from a large family. I have three brothers and three sisters, so with spouses and children, our family get-togethers are huge and LOUD!
Have you visited an excellent museum?
City Museum in St. Louis is a total blast with lots of climbing. The museum is an old warehouse where artists have repurposed the pieces of old cities and built tunnels, slides, bridges, and castles. Take your kids before they’re too old!
The best piece of advice I have ever been given is…
Just something my mom would say: “Don’t worry about it. You’ve got a good brain; you’ll figure it out.”
