On a Lighter Note

What was the first car you ever drove?
A lemon yellow 1970 Mercury Capri

Who is someone you admire or an interesting person you have met and why?
I recently met Dr. Jerry Mendell. He led a team at Nationwide Children’s Hospital that developed a gene replacement process for children with a rare neuromuscular disease caused by a single-gene mutation. Children who would have died within two years are now cured by a two-hour gene-replacement procedure. This remarkable man dedicated three decades to this research. I cannot think of a more worthwhile effort.

Where is an interesting place you have visited or an incredible view you have seen?
I love Yosemite. The Yosemite Valley is spectacular, and Tuolumne Meadow is the prettiest place I have ever visited.
