What is one of your proudest accomplishments?
I led a volunteer project to develop the plans for, raise funds, and oversee the installation of a 7,500 square foot playground at my parish and the parish school. I still find the project gratifying because community members can also use the playground.
Do you play a musical instrument?
My voice is my musical instrument. I sing at regular masses and funeral and wedding masses at a local church as a cantor. I have also participated in the Choral Union at my alma mater, Capital University. Two of my favorite memories with this group include a Christmas Festival and performing at Carnegie Hall in New York City.
What is one of the best pieces of advice you have received?
Don’t put off until tomorrow what you can accomplish today.
