About Sarah
A strategic financial operations manager with 15+ years of retail industry experience, Sarah has a deep understanding of finance, operations, accounting, and technical issues. She has held various management positions in store control, real estate accounting, and accounting operations. She was responsible for a $1B+ consolidated budget as well as the forecast and analysis reporting.
Sarah’s experience in real estate includes legal and technical accounting and Brand Exit procedures which required detailed comprehension, review, and collaboration with others. As a Senior Finance Manager, she had oversight of 300,000 invoices for a $2.5B global spend. She managed the global payment process as well as internal controls and project leadership.
Sarah has expertise in GAAP, SOX, ASC 842, internal controls, budgeting and forecasting, month-end close, system upgrades, as well as ad hoc analysis. She is recognized for her approach to problem-solving and is an asset to her Kaiser Consulting engagements.

On a Lighter Note
Do you have a favorite activity or place to go in Columbus?
Whenever we can fit it in, we like to try new restaurants. A long-standing favorite with the whole family is 101 Beer Kitchen. A new favorite to visit without the kids is Hen Quarter in Dublin’s new Bridge Park area.
Where is an interesting place you have visited or an incredible view you have seen?
I’ve been to Italy (three times), France, Germany, Ireland, Switzerland, and Greece. Each location is impressive, but Cinque Terre in Italy is a must-see. It is one of those perfectly picturesque places that seems unreal in a photo, but the five seaside villages do exist & live up to their picture! Also, a train ride through the Alps from Switzerland to Italy was a highlight for incredible views.
Do you have any pets or favorite animals?
I grew up and still live on a farm, so I am an animal lover in general. We currently raise pigs for local and national shows, have a chicken flock, two barn cats that prefer our porch, and a red merle Australian Shepherd named Roca.
