Kaiser Consulting, LLC, a leading accounting, finance, and information technology compliance firm based in Columbus, Ohio, is pleased to announce the continued expansion of its leadership team with the promotion of four new directors. The new directors are Melanie Gerosa, Lisa Glass, Jill Lukshin-Hoff, and Tiffany McGinnis.

The promotion of key team members to management reflects Kaiser Consulting’s commitment to recognizing the distinct capabilities of each professional based upon their knowledge, experiences, and strengths.
Melanie Gerosa, CPA, MBA, takes on the newly created role of director of recruiting. She joined Kaiser Consulting in 2014 as an accounting consultant and has served as business development manager since 2016. Melanie became a shareholder in the firm in 2021.
A dynamic and versatile leader with a Big-5 public accounting background and core finance and accounting expertise, Melanie has 25+ years of experience serving international clients in diverse business environments across numerous industries. As business development manager, she has been pivotal in growing our client base, building solid relationships, and helping our clients achieve their goals. Melanie will oversee all strategic and tactical aspects of our firm's recruitment process in her new role as director of recruiting, ensuring Kaiser Consulting continues to hire the topmost accomplished consultants in our profession.
Melanie holds a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy, summa cum laude, from Wright State University and a Master of Business Administration in International Finance, summa cum laude, from the University of Dayton. She is a member of The Ohio Society of CPAs, the Columbus Chapter of the Women for Economic Leadership and Development, and the Central Ohio Association of Finance Professionals. Melanie also serves on our firm's advocacy and inclusion committee.
Lisa Glass, CPA, MAcc, joined Kaiser Consulting five years ago as an accounting consultant in the Greater Cincinnati region. She has been instrumental in developing on-site and remote business relationships while servicing multiple small-to-large-sized clients, including Fortune 100 and Fortune 500 companies.
In her new role as director of client service, Lisa will build new and support existing client relationships while overseeing the successful implementation of client projects. With 25+ years of Big-4 public accounting and private industry experience and serving as a university-level accounting educator, her broad-based background lets Lisa quickly and efficiently understand clients' needs and offer practical business solutions to a geographically diverse clientele.
Lisa earned both her Bachelor of Science in Accountancy, cum laude, and her Master of Accountancy from Miami University. She is a member of The Ohio Society of Certified Public Accountants and serves as a steering committee member for the Southern Ohio Chapter of the Women for Economic and Leadership Development. In addition, Lisa is a member of our firm's internal training committee.
Jill Lukshin-Hoff, CPA, MSAc, has been an accounting consultant with Kaiser Consulting since 2018. She is highly capable of servicing a multitude of clients in various industries; given her passion, she primarily serves our firm’s outsourced accounting clients in the nonprofit and government sectors.
A full-cycle problem solver, Jill has 20+ years of Big-5 public accounting, private industry, and nonprofit experience. She is a subject matter expert in federal cost accounting principles, generally accepted accounting principles, COSO internal control framework, and federal reporting filings. In her new role as director of client service, Jill will use her collaborative nature and strong technical skills to develop new and maintain existing client relationships while overseeing the successful completion of client projects.
Jill graduated from Marietta College with her Bachelor of Arts in Accounting and from Ohio University with her Master of Science in Accounting. She is a member of The Ohio Society of CPAs and serves as a board trustee for the League of Women Voters of Metropolitan Columbus. Jill is also a member of our firm's philanthropy committee.
Tiffany McGinnis, CPA, MPA, joined Kaiser Consulting in 2018 as an accounting consultant and provides a complete range of accounting services to our larger company clients. Additionally, she has keenly utilized her perceptive insights and networking skills to proactively identify opportunities for our firm to provide strategic solutions to our clients and help their organizations overcome challenges and achieve their goals.
In her new role as director of client service, Tiffany will cultivate new and sustain existing client relationships while overseeing the successful execution of client projects. She is a multitalented accounting leader with 15+ years of Big-4 public accounting and large-enterprise, including Fortune 100, experience in highly regulated industries. Tiffany is exceptionally well-qualified to assess client pain points, develop project plans, bring diverse constituents together, and lead teams to fulfill objectives effectively and efficiently.
Tiffany attended West Virginia University, where she was a University Honors Scholar and earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, cum laude, followed by her Master of Professional Accounting, cum laude. She is a member of The Ohio Society of CPAs, the Columbus Chapter of the Women for Economic Leadership and Development, and the Westerville Sunrise Rotary Club. Tiffany also serves on our firm's philanthropy committee.
