About Tracey

A motivated and disciplined CPA professional, Tracey has over 20 years of accounting experience. Her comprehensive background in general accounting and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance comes from various responsibilities throughout her career, which include acting as a Senior Accountant in a public accounting firm and an Assistant Finance Director for a not-for-profit healthcare system. 

Tracey’s proficiencies include financial reporting, consolidations, budgeting, and financial analysis. With her in-depth knowledge of general accounting functions, she can efficiently document accounting processes and procedures and can quickly identify opportunities for process improvements. Her solid auditing skills have proven to be valuable in all stages of a compliance audit, from the initial design and implementation of internal controls to the testing and remediation of those controls.
