He is experienced in cost savings initiatives, mergers and acquisitions, structuring debt, implementing change management, and obtaining end-user cooperation to facilitate successful project outcomes. Well-regarded by executive leaders as a trusted business advisor, he is highly capable of helping them overcome mission-critical challenges impacting their organizations’ viability.
Chuck utilizes expertise acquired from serving clients in public accounting and private industry to adeptly develop and execute business strategies, process improvements, financing, and corporate governance standards. Previously an auditor with Big Eight firm Touche Ross & Co. (now Deloitte), his subsequent positions include senior auditor, controller, Vice President Finance, CFO and Commercial Business Consultant.
Maximizing his knowledge of numerous financial software solutions, Chuck is proficient in performing financial analysis and developing financial analytic models for senior-level decision-making purposes. He has a solid background in internal and external financial statement reporting, general ledger maintenance, cost accounting, cash management, forecasting, and budgeting.

Have you visited an excellent museum? Is there a museum you would like to visit?
My favorite museum is the Baseball Hall of Fame in Cooperstown, New York. I’ve been there three times, including twice for the induction ceremonies of Roberto Alomar and Jim Thome.
What was your first job?
I worked at a toboggan run in Strongsville, Ohio, during high school.
