His extensive cost accounting, manufacturing, and business planning experience come from his previous positions as a project manager, controller, director, and consultant at Rolls Royce - North America, REMY Inc. (Borg Warner), and Expense Reduction Analysts USA. He is skilled in financial modeling, cash flow analysis, and data analytics, and he is a Certified Six Sigma Black Belt.
Carlos has a career history of transforming improvement opportunities into reality through his various positions in key finance roles for companies, as well as by providing management advisory services for multiple clients. His proven ability to coach talent and lead project teams consistently achieves desired results for the organizations with which Carlos engages. What are some causes you like to support? Do you volunteer anywhere?
I have volunteered as a mentor to 5th & 6th-grade boys at a Columbus City elementary school for the past three years. I focus on teaching the mentees life skills, character building lessons, and community consciousness. I’ve always been involved in mentoring youth in some capacity, and I continue to find it personally rewarding.
